Mid-America Earthquake Center graduate students, and other interested individuals, have a unique opportunity to participate in a Consequence Based Engineering (CBE) Institute. The Institute offers an exceptional educational setting where students can participate in focused CBE instruction. This opportunity will allow MAE Center students to be more effective researchers on their individual projects by understanding the "big picture" of CBE, the details of the major research thrust areas, and other related topics.
